(Lineman on a pole): In the last 100 years, the life of a lineman has drastically improved. One hundred years ago, one in three linemen died working on the power lines. While today a lineman’s life has improved, we still lose between 35 and 45 linemen a year. Improving the safety in this industry is imperative. We encourage you to share any accident and/or injury information with us. An open conversation about safety can only improve the industry.
