We traveled to Shelby, NC to meet with representatives from the International Lineman Museum and the Lineman Hall of Fame to discuss the proposed memorial. We agreed to form a coalition, joining the three entities together in one location. The coalition hopes to find a location inside a city. We will add a children’s park and educational center to promote the safety and knowledge of electricity.

All involved want to create a place that brings the proper recognition to the electrical line worker industry. Together, we are striving to make this a place of which to be proud for everyone in the industry. Andy Price with the International Lineman Museum and  the Lineman Hall of Fame both share the passion that we all have for the sacrifices that line workers make and we want to make this a place that everyone wants to visit.
